Nourishing Winter Drinks


Bone Broth Hot Chocolate

When it’s harder to get sun, it’s even more important to nourish your body with nutrient-dense drinks. Try some of our favorite combos and let us know what you think! 


Bone Broth Hot Chocolate

1/2 cup chicken bone broth. When we don’t have homemade broth we use Perfect Supplements Bone Broth Powder (code SOZO10)

1 cup raw milk

1.5 T maple syrup

1-2 T cacao powder 

Pinch of salt (code SOZO)


Optional: scoop of collagen for added gut support and protein



Golden Milk

1 cup raw milk

1 T honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp turmeric

1-2 tsp bee pollen

pinch of salt


Optional: scoop of collagen 



Gingerbread Latte

1.5 cups raw milk

1.5 T maple or coconut sugar

1 T blackstrap molasses

1/8 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Dash of ground cloves


Optional:

Scoop of collagen

2 tsp cacao for a chocolate version

Add 2 oz strong brewed coffee or espresso for a true latte



Creamy Pumpkin Coffee whisk

1.5 T pumpkin purée

2 T raw cream

2 T maple syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ginger

Dash of cloves

Dash of cardamom

Stir in 10 oz hot coffee and optional collagen



Eggnog Latte

1/2 cup eggnog


1/2 cup raw milk

Double shot of espresso or strong brewed coffee

Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg



Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer

1/2 cup raw cream


1/2 cup raw milk

1/3 – 1/2 cup sugar

2 T cacao powder


3/4 tsp peppermint extract



Peppermint Hot Cocoa

1 cup raw milk

1T raw cream

1.5 T maple syrup

1/4 tsp peppermint extract 

1.5 T cacao powder

1 T collagen or casein powder

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt



Coconut Matcha Latte 

1 cup water

2 T coconut milk

1/2 tsp matcha powder

1 tsp vanilla powder

1.5 T maple syrup

1 T collagen


Optional: 1/4 tsp turmeric
